End-point protectors

The focus of these types of products is to provide active protection against viruses, malware, questionable user actions and other threats to the environment. These products typically have more powerful options known as enhanced detection and response (EDR), extended detection and response (XDR), and managed detection and response (MDR)

The difference between EPP/EDR/XDR is how good and comprehensive the diagnostic equipment is, what it detects, and how much automatic response there is, if possible, with XDR and MDR being at the top of the list. The difference between XDR and MDR is that MDR is XDR with 24×7 monitoring of trained workers.

We are authorized resellers for four different companies that offer different solutions that have different functionalities and thus suit different companies. We aspired to become authorized dealers because these solutions are the ones we like the most and we provide advice in choosing the solutions that are best for you.

Trend Micro

Trend Micro Inc. is a US-Japanese cybersecurity software company. The company has operations all over the world in 16 locations on most continents. The company develops enterprise security software for servers, containers, and cloud computing environments, networks, and endpoints.

An absolutely fantastic product with great functionality. They support all operating systems except Linux, but there is a good balance between the functionality of the operating systems they support.

Of all the endpoint protection products we offer, the ones have the most comprehensive features. They vary by product level but include:

  • Device control (control which USB devices are allowed) (Also available from the others)
  • Prevent data loss
  • Cloud equipment that protects you from attacks on cloud services such as email, chat, etc.
  • Network discovery

Sentinel one

Their products are considered by many to be the best in the business. They support all products except mobile (iOS, Android, ChromeOS) and are therefore well suited to customers with complex IT environments that don’t care about mobile networks. Like others in this space, they offer lots of EPP/EDR/XDR/MDR.

They support all large businesses down to one asset if needed. They also offer network discovery as an add-on with an extra cost.

Malwarebytes

Malwarebytes’ ThreatDown is another good endpoint protection that protects against malware, viruses, and other threats. If you’re looking for a great EDR/XDR solution, this could be the right solution for you. Very easy to use that offers all different levels of product. Easy to use regardless of size and they offer a product for all operating systems. However, many of their features only work on Windows, so other operating systems only have basic hardware. This is therefore best suited for businesses that mostly use Windows.

Bitdefender

Bitdefender is a very good endpoint protection provider that offers multiple computer security solutions such as:

  • Comprehensive protection for critical assets and employees of companies, including devices, their email addresses, digital identities, passwords and much more.

  • A single unified security shelter fabric shelters all employees’ devices and these critical business servers. These include macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, and Windows Server systems.
  • A user-friendly dashboard to keep track of your team’s protection, even without cybersecurity expertise.
